Product Guarantee and Refund Policy
- Once your order is confirmed and your IPTV account is activated, we do not offer returns or refunds, as the IPTV account code cannot be resold.
- If we are unable to deliver your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- In cases where you receive an incorrect product or if the key code has not been activated, a refund or replacement is available. Additionally, if the key code cannot be activated for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a refund or replacement.
- If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us with a detailed description of the problem, along with screenshots or photos to help us assess the situation. Our technical support team is available to assist you with installation and activation. In rare cases where our support staff is unable to resolve the issue, your order may be eligible for a refund.
