SMARTIFLIX DOES NOT broadcast any TV channel from its servers, nor is it in any way connected with the channel broadcasting. SMARTIFLIX is not responsible for any copyright or issues related to linked and embedded content on our site. If you have any legal issues, please contact the actual owner of the streaming media.

SMARTIFLIX is an online service provider as defined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We provide legal copyright holders the ability to self-publish on the Internet by searching, embedding, and displaying (NOT BROADCASTING!) various types of media. We take copyright infringement very seriously and will vigorously protect the rights of legal copyright holders.

If you are the copyright holder of content that appears on SMARTIFLIX’s website or service, and you have not authorized the use of that content, you must notify us in writing so that we can identify the allegedly infringing content and take action. To facilitate this process, please contact us for the link to the website that is the true owner of the video. We will not be able to act if you do not provide the required information, so please write the URL (link) of the specific files. Your written notice must include the following:

  1. Specific identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If you allege infringement of multiple copyrighted works in a single notification, you must submit a representative list that specifically identifies each work that you claim has been infringed.

  2. Specific identification of the location and description of the material that is alleged to be infringing or subject to infringing activity, with enough detailed information for us to locate the material. You must include the specific URL(s) of the web pages where the allegedly infringing material is located.

  3. Information sufficiently precise to allow us to contact the complaining party, which may include a name, address, telephone number, and email address where the complaining party can be reached.

  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
